The problem may not be where you think it is

If you have pain in your knee, your knee obviously needs treatment. That seems logical, and obvious. And if you have problems with your knee and go to see a doctor you would expect him to examine your knee, and maybe to send you for an X-Ray.
But just because the pain is in your knee, it doesn’t mean that the cause of the problem is just because of what’s happening with your knee.
How we cope with pain

With any pain or injury we adapt to cope with what hurts. We move differently to reduce the soreness and what began out as a shoulder problem for example, may also start to involve our neck too as we try to cope with the pain.

Amatsu and Migraines

Amatsu can be very effective at reducing the severity and frequency of migraine attacks and regular, chronic headaches.

Migraines can be caused by tightness in the joints, muscles and tissue of the head, neck, shoulders and back region. They can also be a result of problems with the bones in the neck, degeneration in the spine (arthritis) or grinding of teeth at night which causes the jaw to become misaligned.

Amatsu and Osteoarthritis

Arthritis comes in many forms and can be one of the most debilitating diseases. Orthodox treatments have proven unsatisfactory and unable to cure it. There is no quick and easy solution because the complexity of the causes of the disease means that only individualised therapy can really help treat it. However, there IS hope for the sufferer who has a real desire to get better and will persist with patience to obtain it.
