You may know someone who is in pain...They can’t do the things they loved to do and may have tried many different treatments but have not had lasting results. They want to improve their posture, be more mobile, feel more relaxed, and regain some vitality... Amatsu is a whole body treatment that works with the body's soft tissues including muscles, tendons, ligaments, organs and the sacro cranial system. It helps to re-balance other key mechanical and energetic structures as the spine, joints, bones, cranium and meridian circuits. By bringing the body back into balance, Amatsu empowers the body to heal itself.

I had a treatment with Stephan yesterday and I am so impressed. At times I have been struggling to walk due to spasms of my psoas muscle and a quite bad tightening of my muscles. I came out of the session feeling lighter and I had so much more movement, I couldn't believe how far I could turn my neck. I work up this morning feeling like I had so much more energy and spending years feeling extremely fatigued. I have been struggling for at least 5 years, so I will definitely be returning for more treatment. Thank you Stephan, I can't thank you enough.

I first went to an Amatsu practitioner over 30 years ago when the therapy first came to the UK. I have returned to it each time my body has been out of balance for whatever reason. I have used other forms of physical therapy but in my experience there is nothing to quite match the efficacy of Amatsu.
I was delighted to see that Stephan had set up a practice in Abergavenny and he helped my daughter during the summer of 2017 before she went abroad. I went straight to Stephan myself earlier this year after suffering a bout of sacroiliitis. It had been a few years since I had needed any treatment and I was delighted with Stephan's level of skill and care. After a session I can tell that my structure is more aligned and relaxed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Amatsu or Stephan to anyone, whether in connection with ongoing/chronic pain or a particular incident.
